Project Controller, Glastonbury

The successful applicant will have line management responsibility of the Commercial Support Function, a team of four Commercial Administrators undertaking a variety of commercial operations such as Task Order management, Client budget management, procurement and reconciliations. In addition, monthly reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and Cost Value Reconciliation will form part of day to day responsibilities. 

The successful applicant’s principal duties will focus on Forecast and Reporting as well as overarching accountability of the Commercial Support Function.  You’ll:

• Oversee monthly cost value reconciliation
• Oversee monthly analysis of Prelim cost
• Be responsible for project reporting, posting of monthly trading statements
• Be responsible for project quarterly forecasting
• Apply rigorous application of both contractual and financial controls
• Maintain and improve local data management systems
• Perform ad-hoc budget management reporting
• Provide Commercial reconciliation
