Project Controls Global are working with a very successful client who is in need of an experienced senior planning engineer based in either Holland or the UK, Stoke-on-Trent. This is a long term contract (2 – 5 years) “if you are seen to be competent initially” This is a big role for our client.
The successful senior planning engineer will have to build a programme in Primavera V6 from scratch so your technical understanding must be on point (substations & HV). We require the senior planner to have excellent substations (power grids experience from 1st principles start up to close out). The Senior Planning Engineer will have proven knowledge and know-how with the various technical activities when building the P6 programme: such as, HVAC connected offshore wind farms, Grid Systems, known solutions for the complete electrical transmission systems, understanding both onshore and offshore HV substations, build, design and supply offshore. This is an offshore project, knowledge is key to being fully competent to succeed in this challenging commission.
