We are searching for 2 planning managers (Civil Engineering) & 5 site planning engineers who will be assigned to provide specialist support to projects, either at start-up of new projects or during project execution, the Senior Planning managers must be capable of fulfilling the site-based planning role as well if required, which is typically as per the following job description:

Specific Duties: Planning Engineer
- Responsible for all Project Planning & Scheduling of the Project. Responsible for preparation of Clause 14 Baseline Programme as per contractual requirements , with all associated data.
- Prepare further detailed Construction Schedules, Lookahead Schedules, and Weekly WorkPlans.
- Monitor & review the Project Progress against current Construction Schedules including at Engineering and Procurement stages.
- Perform analysis of Productivity & Resources including the Overall Project Progress S-Curve,Quantity S-Curves, Manpower Histograms & Equipment Requirements.
- Follow up with other departments for Design, Shop Drawings, Materials Submittals , MaterialProcurement etc. Carry out review, integration & approval of Subcontractor I Supplier Programmes .
- Monitor Variat ions and determine impact on Project Schedule.
- Perform Delay Analysis & produce EQT Programmes & other contractual Claims Studies.
- Prepare Weekly I Monthly Reports in accordance with Company procedure, and ManagementReports to Client as per contract requirements.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, & Other Contractors in all matters relating to planning andscheduling.
- Lead the team of Planning Engineers; provide expert advice.
This will be a management level “planning engineer” role working as part of the planning managed team based in the Mediterranean or UAE offering tax free packages married, single or family status.
