Pyramid Recruitment Ltd has a one off, first class opportunity for an experienced M&E Building Services head of planning to lead the UK, South Business unit for a leading building Services Engineering provider.
The head of planning will have proven technical knowledge with M&E / MEP & first hand direct labor experience being “hands to get a job done”, be able to manage 15+ M&E planning engineers at various levels.
Our client is a leading provider of integrated Construction & M&E Services with a national presence with recognised excellence amongst Main Contractors, Developers & End-User clients. Due the award of several major schemes in the South, this company is now recruiting to strengthen their Planning function for the delivery of several current, & upcoming, high profile projects in the south of the UK
This opportunity will be to lead the M&E planning teams / commissions on a regional basis, with input into programme strategy and risk management, training and development of the planning teams working alongside the Commercial and Pre-Construction directorships & you will be reporting to senior operations directors in the business. .
The successful M&E head of planning will be rewarded with a remuneration of North of £100,000 + Car & full staff benefits including bonuses & another target related buffers
