Expert Forensic Delay Analyst/Planner, Japan – Immediate Requirement
Systech supports its International Contractor client base across the world, working in client’s head offices and on - site establishment, on major infrastructure, energy, transport and building projects.
We have an opportunity to join our international business working in our Yokohama offices, but will need to be prepared to work on assignments throughout Japan as the needs of our clients dictate.
Candidate Requirements:
· Extensive project experience in the construction, energy, infrastructure, and transportation sectors
· Expertise is providing schedule delay analyses and expert reports
· Must have technical experience is in the following areas:
o Project planning and scheduling
o Forensic schedule delay analyses
o Project completion recovery and turnaround
o Project / construction management
o Claims prevention
o Claims analysis / negotiations
o Cumulative impact analysis
· Excellent client facing, team building and team management skills, and ideally has developed a track record testifying as an expert witness
· Proven track record in planning and use of Primavera P6
· Degree Qualified
· Single status, mobile and flexible
· Excellent health record
· Excellent package for the right candidate
