Senior Forensic Planner with 15 years PQE and very good forensic planning skills. This person needs to have very good in-depth knowledge and be able to implement all methods of delay analysis not limited to TIA, Windows, as-planned v as-built. He or She should be fully conversant with P6, resource cost loading and from an construction or engineering background.
Forensic planner with 5 to 10 years PQE and to have good in-depth knowledge and be able to implement the appropriate delay analysis given the circumstances, be fully conversant with P6 and from a construction or engineering background.
