Position Summary:
Synchro Software Ltd (www.synchroltd.com) has recently formed a team focused on working with our valued strategic clients to enable them to achieve outstanding Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) execution through 4D planning, for the entire project lifecycle from bid to delivery, business data analysis and beyond.
We are looking for experienced, passionate individuals to join our team and become part of a dynamic organization driven by innovation and excellence. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include -
- Work directly with client organizations that are using Synchro PRO for 4D construction project management planning and scheduling, in helping them increase the value and quality of their models for their project and business.
- Guide clients through their work process and project setup, to integrate Synchro into their overall BIM and VDC workflows on their projects and within their central planning teams.
- Execute projects independently, including direct onsite engagement with clients in their offices and jobsites.
- Develop customized solutions as needed for projects.
- Conduct studies and evaluate new technologies involving advanced methods and toolsets that could be applicable to enhancing Synchro’s capabilities.
- Provide leadership within the 4D and BIM user communities through participation in key User Groups, industry trade shows, and technical forums.
- Support Synchro’s business development efforts as needed through targeted interaction with key prospective client organizations

Primary Location – United Kingdom – London/Birmingham
Required (Preferred) Qualifications:
- Undergraduate and (preferred) Graduate level degrees from universities majoring in Construction Management, Engineering, and/or Architecture
- Academic training and professional experience involving BIM/VDC tools and practices
- Prior AEC/EPC company professional employment (preferably more than 5 years)
- Experience with advanced 3D modeling and visualization software in project applications
- Experience with 4D modeling software in industry-scale project applications
- Knowledge and/or (preferred)professional practice in using planning and scheduling software
- Eagerness to travel domestically and globally to engage clients at their offices and jobsites
- Excellent teamwork and communications skills (verbal and written)
