Executive Search World has a full time opportunity for an Experienced Programmer/Planner for Tender Submissions to work within our clients professional technical team. Candidates will need to have comprehensive project planning skills with a minimum of five years’ construction experience together with good organisational and documentation skills.
You will be required to assist the technical and tendering teams and to provide tender programmes for supporting technical information with returning tenders/bids. You will be responsible for tender programmes covering all disciplined core divisions, on a variety of diverse projects. You should be proficient in the use ASTA Power Project Version 12, Primavera P6 and/or experience in the use of Project Commander or Microsoft Project would be beneficial although training will be provided.
Since the nature of our construction work covers a diverse range of disciplines, candidates will ideally have a wide knowledge of the construction industry and the sectors which operate within it. Ideally candidates will have experience of working in accordance with NEC, JCT and other forms of Contracts.
Applicants should be motivated with good communication skills and work well within a team. Experience of resource loading programmes and managing multiple tender project programmes would also be required but additional training on software can be arranged.
The position will be based in, Kent and you should preferably hold a full UK driving licence.
The salary package is £35,000.00 – £45,000.00 and will be based on experience.
