Senior Forensic Planner & Forensic Planning Consultant –Middle East
Remote Location – (highly Compensated for the locations)
This particular client helps businesses benefit at every stage of the construction cycle from strategy through to feasibility and building audit through their full range of services. Three however are paramount: Dispute Resolution, Cost Consultancy and Advisory Services. This international multi-disciplinary consultancy requires a senior planning forensic delay analyst & a forensic planning engineer to join their commercial claims and legal team on major high profile projects in the Saudi Arabia /Middle East.
The Forensic Planners will hold a degree relevant to the construction industry. Retain membership of a relevant professional institution. Be working towards or hold additional relevant qualifications such as Forensic PlanningCertification.
This opportunity will need you to offer 10 to 15 years plus experience within the
construction industry. Must have held senior posts within organisations and have been
involved in the front line delivery of construction projects. Hold particular expertise
within the construction sector – oil, gas, infrastructure, building etc. Hold particular
technical expertise such as BIM, Monte-Carlo, cost loading etc.
Salary & Packages:We cannot set a value at this stage, however, it will be an expatriate package with Salary and Housing/Travel allowances Medical etc TAX FREE
Our client employs high calibre individuals and the packages are structured accordingly
· Hours of work are normally 55 hours.
· Some staff are based full time with normal annual leave of 5 weeks
· Other generally more senior staff work on rotation of 5 weeks and 1 week
