Planning Engineers (Fit-Outs, M&E or Airport Systems) –Tax Free - UAE
Planning Engineers – Airport Systems or M&E or Fit outs experience: Executive Search World searching for planning engineers whom have either solid systems, M&E or high-end Fit-outs experience to work on a major project in the United Arab Emirates.
This client is a well established business that offers construction services internationally, this company is a leading diversified company carrying out construction, engineering, procurement, development and investment activities worldwide.
The successful Planning Engineers are to work in the UAE on a major Airport project. This is an immediate requirement for Planning Engineers whom is available in the UAE would be our preference (but not a priority).
The Planning Engineers will embrace this opportunity & your Principal duties will be to maintain and update the Baseline Program to ensure that activities (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) are being carried out according to plan, expand the Baseline Program to incorporate subcontractor scopes once they become available, Coordinate interface milestones with other contractors working simultaneously on other packages,Oversee the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports for the Client/Engineer as well as the JV and support the Contracts and Claims departments with the necessary information for the preparation of Time Impact Analysis.
To be considered seriously you must have at least 6 to 7 years of experience as a Planning engineer working for the Contractor or a consultant on major airport projects. Additionally he/she must have considerable knowledge of construction so someone who has spent years on the Consultant’s contractor side will fit this fantastic opportunity.
