Senior Planning Manager (High rise)

A Joint Venture consisting of two internationally renowned Project Management consulting companies are currently looking for a Senior Planning Manager to join their mega high rise project in Saudi Arabia.  Senior Planning Manager (High rise) – job description:- You will supervise the construction and planning team for all matters related to construction programme and project controls.- Make use of planning software such as Primavera P3 and P6 to implement the most effective solutions for the construction schedule. - Liaise with all parties involved including main and sub-contractors, client and other consultants and review progress reports from all teams. - Promote safety procedures and standards to ensure any potential risks and hazards are prevented to avoid unnecessary setbacks or delays. Senior Planning Manager (High rise) – requirements:- Degree holder in a relevant field of study such as Project Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, architectural studies etc. - MUST have high rise experience, ideally on iconic building structures.- Fluency in English is essential. - Ideally you will have worked in a sizeable multinational corporation previously with more than 20 people in your team.- Immediate availability is preferred.  An attractive salary package is on offer for the right candidate including accommodation, transport and air tickets Company overview:The hiring company is a consortium of two prestigious PMCs that have made an impressive mark on the Middle Eastern construction market.
