LEAD CONSTRUCTION DELAY ANALYSTS/FORENSIC PLANNERS REQUIRED FOR QATAR
Delay Analysts and those that understand the difference between delay analysis and claims planning are in constant demand by our clients and as a consequence our current team of over 50 delay analysis professional are fully utilised for the remainder of 2014.
For us to expand and service the workload we are now securing and enquiries we are currently receiving we are looking to add to that team with the appointment of at least 3 delay analysts up to Expert Witness level with your level of seniority determined purely by your technical ability.
It is essential that applicants possess ALL of the following attributes;
- Relevant construction degree and secondary construction legal qualification plus memberships commensurate with the specialisation.
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay
- Demonstrable ability of personally drafting and delivering construction delay analysis reports for construction contractors, solicitors and / or other clients from determining causality through to report writing in addition to basic program / schedule analysis
- Demonstrable understanding of the various principles of delay analysis and ability to communicate and utilise this in client facing situations
- Those applying for Associate Director must be able to demonstrate previous work winning ability in securing fee earning delay analysis work for yourself and other delay analysts

Desirable attributes include;
- Demonstrable client facing and client management skills in dispute situations
- Those who are fluent in conversational and technical Arabic both orally and written would possess an advantage but this is not essential
