Planning Manager

An engineering company based in Macau specialising in facades, cladding and curtain walling is currently looking for a Planning Manager to join their team.  Planning Manager – job description:- You will be in charge of all aspects of project planning and project controls.- Ensure all project conditions are met in regards to documentation submissions, approvals, procurement plans etc.- Monitor the scheduling of project milestones and ensure any potential delays or risks are met with appropriate solutions. - Liaise with client, consultants and contractors to review progress of project.- Manage and monitor site works on a day to day basis.  Planning Manager – requirements: - Degree in relevant area of study such as architectural/building studies, structural engineering. - Must have previous experience working at manager level on projects involving structural steel, external facades, cladding, curtain walling etc.- Proven track record of project planning experience.- Essential to have MS Project and P6 expert experience.- Fluent in English AND Mandarin is strictly required.  Company Overview: The company is a specialized firm working on building projects involving structural steel, curtain walling, façade engineering and cladding.
