Our client is providing Project Management Services for the design, procurement and construction of a Metro Lines Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including various project controls, plans, procedures, systems, EDMS (Document Control). They are urgently seeking a Project Controls Manager. The Project Controls Manager (PCM) is supported by the Project Cost Control Manager, Schedule Manager, Progress Manager and the Project Reporting Engineers. The PCM is responsible to the Manager Project Manager for the quality, timeliness, and content of the deliverables and performance of these project support personnel, together with:
- Implementation and management of the Project Controls Plan and sub-ordinate plans and procedures.
- Implementation of the Prediction+ Project controls system, including the Project specific interface modules
- Preparation of Project reports.
- Control of the Management of Change Plan and processes.
- Maintenance of the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and commodity codes.
- Maintaining the Change Request Register utilizing the project Management of Change process.
- Establishment of the company staff-hour control system and maintenance of the staff-hour control system. Preparation of associated reporting and invoicing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years Project Controls experience
- Rail/Metro project experience an advantage
- Previously worked in Joint Ventures or Consortiums
- Primavera Software Experience (P6)
- TILOS Software Experience
