Construction Claims Planners & Delay Analysts
Based in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore
As a consequence of winning several new long term commissions, we are looking to add to our delay analysis teams in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to deliver the work we currently have plus future commissions in the region and internationally.
Role Requirements;
- Relevant construction degree and ideally a secondary construction legal qualification plus professional memberships commensurate with the specialisation.
- Ability to fluently speak either Mandarin, Cantonese or Malay plus English is essential
- Proven track record of providing independent dispute resolution advice and reports from contractors, solicitors and / or other clients
- At least 5 years post graduate construction industry experience either as an engineer, or planner of which at least 2 years should have already been involved in the resolution of disputes using appropriate delay analysis techniques.
- Demonstrable experience of the Asia Pacific construction and / or dispute resolution industry is essential
- Demonstrable ability to produce an independent delay analysis narrative with supporting schedule analysis which has been submitted in claims proceedings.
