Our Warrington office is looking to appoint two successful applicants to be part of the future development of the Knowles business in providing strategic program management and delay & disruption analysis services to its clients on a global basis.

 It is essential that applicants to both positions possess the following attributes;

 

  • UK or EU National either already based in the North West of England or relocating back after working overseas
  • Construction related qualification or professional membership and demonstrable experience of working in the construction industry in a construction planning or delay analyst capacity
  • Possess the flexibility to work away from home for periods of time

 Desirable attributes for the two positions would include;

 

Planner

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Primavera P3 / P6 / P6e or PowerProject
  • Demonstrable ability in developing baseline programs, monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting, plus reviewing programs in existence
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay
  • Basic knowledge of the planning requirements of contracts such as JCT, NEC or FIDIC
  • Experience of planning projects in any of the following sectors; oil & gas; power/energy/renewables; process plant; industrial; infrastructure & rail.

 Senior Planner

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience working with Primavera P3 / P6 / P6e and PowerProject
  • Demonstrable ability in developing baseline programs, monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting, plus reviewing programs in existence
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and assessing delay
  • Demonstrable ability of creating master and implementing programs which incorporate the planning requirements of contracts such as JCT, NEC or FIDIC
  • Experience of planning projects in any of the following sectors; oil & gas; power/energy/renewables; process plant; industrial; infrastructure & rail.
