Hill International continues to expand in the Asia Pacific region and as a consequence of several high profile appointments and enquiries for our technical support from clients and contractors in the region, we are now looking for several Senior Delay Analysts with rail construction sector experience to add to the existing team we have in the region. The roles we have are to provide strategic, project delivery and delay analysis program management services on some of the largest rail infrastructure projects to be built in the next 5 years worldwide. These are permanent employment opportunities, either on an open or fixed term contract basis with a minimum 2 year duration. Successful applicants will possess the following attributes;
• A minimum of 10 years construction industry based planning experience of which at least the most recent 5 years have been in major rail infrastructure projects
• Academic qualification commensurate with the role and industry
• Detailed demonstrable knowledge of at least Primavera P3 and ideally P6
• Demonstrable ability in developing baseline programs, monitoring and updating progress, progress reporting, plus reviewing programs in existence
• Demonstrable experience of developing master and construction schedules, liaison with works packages contractors to ensure all programs are consistent with the construction schedule
• Demonstrable ability to identify, analyse and report in schedule and narrative form delay
• Demonstrable knowledge of the principles of delay analysis
• Bi, tri or multilingual English plus one of Mandarin / Cantonese / Malay prefered but not essential
