A world leading engineering consultancy who provides to both public and private sector clients are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead on the development, embedding of project and programme risk management in support of agreed policies to support successful delivery of key business priorities. Essential experience:
- Knowledge of standards and processes underpinning risk and issues management
- Demonstrable project and programme management experience from inception to completion, allowing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles and techniques
- Significant experience of undertaking quantitative risk assessments and using risk software on infrastructure and/or Information Systems projects and programmes in excess of £100m
- Risk management background in the construction sector
Desirable Experience:
- Working in a public sector organisation Experience using Predict!
- risk management software Procurement and contract management awareness Civil engineering / construction management / Information Systems background Experienced in developing macros/ using formulas within Excel
- Rail experience
