Tender Planner – Kent / SE London
My client is a medium sized contractor with 50 year history of servicing their clients in the South East. They are based just inside the M25 bordering South East London and Kent and as part of their expansion plans they are currently seeking a Tender Planning Engineer to join their team.
They provide construction solutions to private and public sector clients across a wide variety of sectors to include healthcare, education, commercial and residential. The Tender Planning Engineer will be required to producing traditional design and build, single and two stage tender submissions.
Candidate
· Minimum 3 years planning experience
· Tender experience
· Understanding of different forms of contracts
· Strong understanding of construction techniques
· Asta Powerproject experience
· Good communication skills
