Construction Planner, East London – Site Based – 4D modelling – Gold Group
My client is a national main contractor with a deep history spanning over 100 years in which time they have become trusted partner of choice to their private and public clients. They operate across a number of sectors and due to their reputation for their professional delivery of projects they have managed to build strong relationships with customers providing them with repeat business.
Due to recent projects wins they are currently seeking a Construction Planning Engineer to join their Southern Division. Their purpose is to primarily be based on a recently awarded £20m project in East London which is a residential development with retail units. The Construction Planner will be responsible for all planning activities using Asta Powerproject and working closely with the site team to ensure the projects successful delivery. The Construction Planner will be required to produce 4D modelling on the project so any such experience would be a distinct advantage.
Candidate
· Degree in construction or equivalent
· Site experience gained as a Site Manager, Planner, Project Manager or equivalent.
· Minimum 4 years planning experience within a main contracting environment
· Strong communication skills.
· Good working knowledge of Asta Powerproject.
· Residential experience is a distinct advantage
· 4D modelling experience is desirable but not essential.
