Planner or Senior Planning Engineer – London – Build / Refurbishment Projects – Tender & Contract – up to £56,500 + package
A leading main contractor in London is currently seeking a Planner or a Senior Planning Engineer to be responsible for the full lifecycle of build and refurbishment projects within the South East. The Planner or Senior Planning Engineer will join a strong team and will be responsible for delivering projects on behalf of the rail clients, typical projects to include station new build and refurbishments.
The position will entail
· Tender and Contract planning
· Responsible for the full lifecycle of build and refurbishment projects
· Attending site meetings with site team and client
· Building construction schedules
· Mentoring and management of junior planners
Candidate
· Relevant engineering qualification
· Minimum 5 years of experience
· Demonstrate strong site experience
· Previous experience and tender and contract stages of projects
· A good understanding of construction techniques
· Refurbishment experience desirable
· Ability to communicate effectively with site teams
The position offers a Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer the opportunity to work within a fast paced environment working on projects from cradle to grave.
