Planners and Delay Analysts
We have recently seen significant growth of opportunities within the region and have an urgent requirement for Delay Analysts and Senior Planning Consultants, particularly for our operations within Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Successful candidates for this role will be responsible for:
- Undertaking planning duties on complex infrastructure projects.
- Undertaking detailed forensic delay analysis to establish the impact of delay events.
- Reporting direct to our valued clients on planning matters.
- Developing and maintaining key client relationships.
- Providing clear communication in terms of oral, visual and written presentations.
Successful candidates will ideally:
- Possess a degree level qualification in the field of Engineering.
- Be working towards other qualifications within associated fields.
- Hold a minimum of 20 years experience at a practical level within construction and engineering related industries.
- Possess excellent IT skills, particularly with P3, P6 and other programme packages.
- Demonstrate an ability to apply the various delay analysis techniques and theories to complex problems.
- Be able to work independently and be able to deliver within strict timetables.
- Be able to manage a team providing on-going planning services to our clients on live projects or undertaking forensic research.
- Be willing to travel.
