Our client is a leading contractor within the rail sector and they are looking to recruit a Planning Engineer to work on their rail projects in Cheshire.
As Planning Engineer, you will be using Primavera P6 and MS Project to liaise between the project site and designs teams for a £50 m project on Overhead Line installations. The plans are resource and cost loaded and they complete 4 weekly reports for Network Rail and the senior management team.
You will be required to manage 2 planners output and the client. Plans are in place but will need updating and inevitable changes so strong P6 will be required. This role has long term opportunities on a £50 m programme of work.
