Parcelforce is going from strength to strength.
The parcels market is growing at a significant rate driven by business to consumer growth as a result of the explosion in e-commerce.
Parcelforce are already taking advantage of this, currently growing 5 times faster than the market and continuing to successfully support our customers with high quality delivery all year round.
Our Business Transformation programme is designed to create the additional capacity our customers need. We’re undertaking a massive programme of investment and expansion that will include new distribution hubs and depots, a new strategic IT platform, exciting new developments in logistics and a whole range of other advances.
We already have a team of expert Project Managers in place. Now we’re looking for someone with quite different skills.
You’ll be:
- Widely experienced in Programme Planning
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Project 2007 and 2010
- Familiar with the nitty-gritty of Project Management
- Probably currently working in the IT, Construction or Product Engineering sectors
As Programme Planner, you’ll shape the way that 15 different projects interact and are delivered, creating an overall plan and ensuring stakeholders are kept in the loop at every stage.
