Planning Engineer - UAE

We are currently representing an international PMC based in the UAE.  
They are looking to hire 2 x Planning Engineers with the following experience:

Self driven and hard working individuals with over 10 years in Oil and Gas. 
Minimum 5 years With a reputed Oil and Gas Consultancy and 2~3 years Site experience. Exposure to offshore engineering will be Given special consideration.

Knowledgeable and hands-on experience with...

        1. Primavera P6. MS Projects.

        2. Advance Operation in MS Office.

        3. Any Risk Analysis software example primavera pertmaster

        4. WBS creation

        5. Weekly and Monthly Project Progress Reports.

        6. Developing procedures

Should have through understanding of 

        1. Flow of engineering information in an Engineering consultancy  .

        2. FEED and Detail Engineering deliverables for all disciplines.

        3. Able to summarise Project requirement from Contract.

        4. Delay analysis

        5. Cost estimates
