A UK provider in power and automation services and technologies has an opportunity for an experienced Planner to work on oil and gas process plant automation projects. This is an exciting time to join this expanding team based in Cambridgeshire during a period of growth and development.
The Role
The key function of the role of Planner willimplement the planning and programming activities of large and small projects to meet the objectives on time and within budget on oil and gas process plant projects.
Main areas of responsibility include managing schedules, some of which are complex, develop plans, producing progress and update reports and highlighting any potential risks or issues. These plans will be added to client’s overall project plans.
You will effectively communicate with project managers and engineers to resolve unforeseen planning issues and ensure work is done to project plans.
Requirements
All applicants will need to meet the following criteria to be considered:
* Minimum HNC / Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering
* Substantial planning experience
* Proficient user of Primavera and other planning software
* SAP business system experience advantageous
* Capable of working in a team of technical professionals
