Associate – (Planning / Controls & Claims)
Logmor Projects International Limited is searching for an Associate (Planning & Claims) to work with an international consultancy based in the United Arab Emirates.
This client works in the construction, property and other major industry sectors across the Middle East, Europe and Australasia offering many years of established experiences in project delivery to all commercial, residential and mixed used developments.
The successful Associate will have a proven planning & claims background. The associate (Planning & Claims) needs to have solid programming experience so that he / she can lead planning roles as well as claims. GCC experience is preferred.
This one off opportunity will ask the associate (planning & claims) to assist in the management and operations of the Profit Centre and assume overall control for its viability, stability and success, in co-operation with all other components of the Group, implement strategies and tasks set in the Business Plan for those services region and functions for which he/shehas designated responsibility, to assign available resources to projects for which he/she has delegated responsibility.
The associate (Planning & Claims) will be responsible for promoting the company image, actively seeking, developing and maintaining sufficient fee earning work for the team for which he/she is responsible and achieving the business plan responsibilities as assigned, manage and co-ordinate all projects assigned, in line with theagreed project plan and budget. Also for all matters for which he/she is responsible, ensure that the teams are adequately resourced and technically supported. This includes liaisons with technical support managers and other specialised services available within business.
Your duties will including; representing the company in various industries and organisations and to specific clients for the services and regions for which he/she is responsible or is an active participant, monitor Government actions and Commercial trends to identify opportunities or risk for business and establish and maintain contact with providers of services that supplement or compliment those of the company.
Salary & Packages: We cannot set a value at this stage, however, it will be an expatriate package with Salary and Housing/Travel allowances Medical etc
