Forensic Delay Analyst
Logmor Projects International Limited is currently working with several clients in Qatar in search of a delay analysts / Forensic planner.
This particular client helps businesses benefit at every stage of the construction cycle from strategy through to feasibility and building audit through their full range of services. Three however are paramount: cost consultancy, project management and advisory services.
This international multi-disciplinary consultancy requires a senior planning forensic delay analyst to join their commercial claims and legal team on major high profile projects in the Middle East.
The successful delay analyst / forensic planner will have 5 years experience, ideally within a consultancy environment; have 5 years working in a planning capacity on major construction or engineering projects offering Middle East working experience.
The delay analyst will be responsible for pprospective and retrospective delay analysis; Disruption analysis have excellent experience in CPA and TIA, Post contract baseline preparation and have track record on large-scale projects 50 million USD + along with proven aadvanced use of Primavera P3, P6 and Excel.
