Project Planner, ASTA or Primavera, Construction/House building, West Sussex, Permanent, Salary up to £55k + package.

Leading contractor who has been operating for over 20 years specializing in house building and fit out markets and working in conjunction with a number of other UK leading contracts nationwide.
Due to a high increase in work load and desire to increase the size of the business, they have outlined the need to recruit a project planner to work within their West Sussex team.

Details of the role:

• Site Planning
• Developing look ahead programmes
• Reporting on site activities
• Inputting activates into construction programme
• Reporting on project progression
• Production of weekly task schedules linked with the master programme
• Use of ASTA Powerprojects, and MSP or Primavera
• Work on NEC contract programmes.

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years planning experience within similar role
• Understanding of tender planning process
• Would of worked NEC contract programmes
• Will be conversant with the use of ASTA, Powerproject or Primavera
• Relevant degree or qualification
• Experience of Housing and Residential markets
• Fit-Out and Refurb project exposure, (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• MUST BE ELEGIBLE TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE UK
