Senior Cost Controller – Vancouver
Gold Group Ltd is currently partnering a global EPCM organization that employs circa 10,000 people for their operations worldwide working within specialist sectors including mining, minerals, infrastructure, transportation and energy sectors. Due to increasing workloads they are now currently seeking a Senior Cost Controller to their team based in Vancouver to participate in a number of Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing budget and cost report trends.
- Projecting cost reporting; including variations, cost schedule and monthly budget;
- Monitoring, controlling and reporting on cost history and forecast;
- Assisting Project Manager with project review functions;
- Assisting Project Manager to manage change control;
To be considered for this opportunity candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in project cost control.
- Previous international project experience.
- Experience of EPCM projects in the mining or minerals, energy or other heavy industry sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
