Our client is currently seeking a Project Services Manager responsible for PROJECT CONTROLS.
- To provide functional leadership and quality assure all Project Controls (Planning, Cost Reporting etc.), activities within the organisation.
- To lead the staged gate process for business acquisition project phase from a project controls perspective in full support of the Projects Director.
- To assure the project delivery process, via the Project organisation, in line with the commercials submitted at bid stage.
Candidates should have 20 years Upstream Oil & Gas/Hydrocarbon processing industry experience extending over a range of onshore and offshore projects including FPSO’s, Fabrication etc.and min. 15 years in project controls for contracting industry operations. Skilled in developing and implementing cost and schedule control systems, techniques and procedures, thorough knowledge of and demonstrated experience in all aspects of cost engineering, planning and scheduling, estimating, budgeting and cost related services to support project activities. Technical and practical comprehension of engineering, procurement and construction functions and general business techniques.
