Our client is a leading Industrial Corporation focused on Oil & Gas Construction and major marine services including offshore and pressure vessel fabrication, ship building and repair, industrial training and specialised oil and gas and maritime support.  Our client is strategically located on Snake Island Integrated Free Zone, an impressive industrial free zone facility and port development on an island in the coastal waterways of Lagos, with immediate access to open seas.

Our client is currently seeking a Project Services Manager responsible for PROJECT CONTROLS. 

  • To provide functional leadership and quality assure all Project Controls (Planning, Cost Reporting etc.), activities within the organisation.
  • To lead the staged gate process for business acquisition project phase from a project controls perspective in full support of the Projects Director.
  • To assure the project delivery process, via the Project organisation, in line with the commercials submitted at bid stage.

Candidates should have 20 years Upstream Oil & Gas/Hydrocarbon processing industry experience extending over a range of onshore and offshore projects including FPSO’s, Fabrication etc.and min. 15 years in project controls for contracting industry operations.  Skilled in developing and implementing cost and schedule control systems, techniques and procedures, thorough knowledge of and demonstrated experience in all aspects of cost engineering, planning and scheduling, estimating, budgeting and cost related services to support project activities.  Technical and practical comprehension of engineering, procurement and construction functions and general business techniques.
