P6 Planner required for prestigious Alliance based Utilities Construction projects in Cheshire.
As P6 Planner, you will ensure all work is scheduled to the Alliance KPI’s and your key duties will include setting up Primavera P6v8 project programmes in-line with client programme and reporting requirements.
You will work within business controls for server operated P6 system database along with developing and maintaining resource and cost loaded programmes. You will also produce programme updates, project status, schedule performance, cost profiles/performance, resource allocation and KPI reports, including forecast of cost, output and KPI performance.
You will work with the agreed Work Break down Structure, agree particular formats for project programmes with Construction Managers and Operations Managers and arrange monthly programme submissions to client in-line with contract. Other tasks include developing project/programme control processes to fit with client/Sub contractor requirements, briefing these out to key stakeholders.
The successful P6 Planner will possess experience in Primavera P6 along with experience of Utility Works Planning. You also have a strong ability to communicate at all levels of a business with an ability to obtain information on programme from construction site personnel
