Logmor Projects International Limited has a requirement for a project controls manager to work on a major LNG project in Papua New Guinea
The control manager should be able to cover the following activities on site.
Establish and Manage the operation of various Mechanical Project office activities including planning, scheduling, progress Monitoring, cost control, office Engineering, Subcontracting, Material Management. Develop required project execution plans to ensure various project Management procedures are established and implemented.
Negotiating sub-contracts and finalizing agreements, issue necessary programmes to Sub-contractors on site and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements.
Monitoring all change orders to the Contract in order to make certain that all additions and deletions are planned for the time required by the Client. Recommends budget revisions caused by change orders whenever warranted.
Managing of the Stores and monitoring the materials inflow and outflow. Manage and monitor procurement activities performance and ensure the implementation planning, material and cost reporting systems.
Establish relations with the client for the purpose of business growth.
Qualification experience skills and Knowledge required; BSC. Mechanical Engineering , with a minimum of 15 + years experience in international companies , with excellent written, oral communication Skills
