Ref 26793 – Assistant Planner / Planning Engineer – Build & Construction – Asta Powerproject and MSP - Hertfordshire or Surrey – Permanent – Salary up to £45,000 + package
Company – Main contractor, top 10 in the UK, £3billion turnover with offices around the world. This company has the lowest staff turnover in the industry and are well known for their high level of employee development investment. Projects in this team range in value from £15 million to £100 million and include schools, retail developments, offices, NHS and leisure schemes. The South East division of this business spread across circa 7 offices is managed as 1 unit. This role would offer a 50:50 split of contract and tender based work using Asta.
Ideal candidate
- Minimum of 3 years UK based planning experience with a main contractor
- A background working on build projects using MSP or Asta PowerProject
- A background of both tender and site planning desired but not essential
- Structured career development with 6 month, 12 month and 3 year progression plans given within 1stweek of employment to aide individuals in moving up the career ladder
