Senior Planning Engineer – Central London
Senior Planning Engineer is required by a forward thinking and dynamic Main Contractor based in Central London. The company is a specialist Contractor that delivers fit out and refurbishment within the high end residential and commercial office sectors.
Due to an increase in workloads and company growth they are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with experience of planning at both pre-construction and construction stages of refurbishment and fit out projects of high end residential projects. Interested candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a strong track record to date within a similar position within a main contractor environment and be a proficient user of planning software packages.
On offer is a competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 plus a benefits package comprising of car or car allowance, pension and healthcare etc.
