Our client is a leading contracting company with offices  located in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia,  and is currently involved with several general Civil Engineering, Housing, Infrastructure plus Refinery, Oil, Gas & Petrochemical projects throughout Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking English and/or Arabic speaking PLANNING ENGINEERS who are available for immediate start (subject to visa issue).
