Water Planners (Civils/Utilities), Contract and Permanent, Planner and Senior, Wales and Yorkshire.
These roles have arisen due to an increase in workload by one of Gold Group’s oldest and most respected clients. This leading contractor has projects secured for the next 5 years on schemes that range in value from £5 million to £1 billion. Projects include water and tunnelling frameworks and are based in the North of England and Wales.
These roles entail the following:
- Programme planning/reporting/updating
- Project management
- Site planning/delivery
- Tender planning (2 x £50 million)
- Earned Value Management
- Cost Project Analysis
- Use of Primavera P6 and MSP
Candidates:
- MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO LIVE AND WORK IN THE UK (essential)
- Must be conversant with the use of Primavera P6 (essential)
- Must have an understanding of EVA/EVM and CPA
- Site or tender planning experience (preferably both)
- Will have worked within a similar role for a main contractor
- A background in programming, cost reporting, ability to run cost loaded programmes
- Will be site aware and have the ability to manage numerous sites at any one time
- A driving licence is essential for the site part of these roles
- Will be personable, hardworking and interact well as part of a team
- WATER PROJECT EXPERIENCE is ESSENTIAL
- TUNNELLING EXPERIENCE is DESIRED
On offer with permanent positions is high levels of career development, training, sponsored education, salaries of between £30,000 and £50,000 + package.
Contract roles offer daily rates of between £250 and £400 per day.
