Our Client is a leading global engineering, construction and services company supporting the energy, petrochemicals, government services and civil infrastructure sectors. The company is a leader in many of the growing end-markets it serves, particularly gas monetization, having designed and constructed, alone or with joint venture partners, more than half of the world's operating liquefied natural gas (LNG) production capacity over the past 30 years. The Company offers a wide range of services through its Upstream, Downstream, Technology, Services, Government and Infrastructure, and Ventures business segments.
The client requires a Project Controls Manager to work in Perth Australia with occasional visits to site. The candidates will need the following experience:
- 10 to 15 years oil and gas or metals industry experience, with at least 5 years experience in project cost control. More recently operating in a Project Controls Manager role.
- Comprehensive understanding of cost control processes, hands on skills with industry standard project cost control software (Prism a plus but not essential)
- Understanding of planning and progress measurement processes (hands-on Primavera skills not necessary)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with the construction team, contractors and client.
- Experience working in a brownfields / operating plant environment a plus
An an excellent salary of up AUD 300,000k + 457 Visas will be provided.
