Project Control Manager – Spain & India
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Reporting any concerns and suggested remedial measures to the Project Director.
- Monitoring and analyzing of project schedules.
- Progressing calculations.
- Progressing reporting.
- Preparing and monitoring project trends.
- Providing the project manager updates on project control.
- Planning constantly track cash flows and prepare cost reports.
- Reviewing, controlling and following all relevant documentation pertaining to the project including scope of services, project execution plan, proposal/project schedule (including manpower projection plan), conditions of contract.
- Analyzing schedule trends and producing regular forecasts of schedule performance, issues and remedial actions for Project Director Review.
- Carry out detailed independent validation of progress claimed by construction contractors. Highlights and resolving any inconsistencies
The project duration is 2 years, with high possible extension.
The Engineer will be a proactive person, capable of organizing and planning, accustomed to dealing with
customers and suppliers, and eager to assume responsibilities in a growing company.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduate in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector and Project Management, Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of high pressure natural gas transmission pipeline system.
- Experience must include at least two similar projects implemented outside home country of candidate and one project in a country of similar climatic condition to Bangladesh, as team leader. Experience of large river crossings with HDD Method is preferred.
- Excellent English is essential
- Proactive person, good team player
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
