Urgent requirement for a Planner and 2 Junior Planners to join a leading Build Contractor on a Permanent basis, using Primavera to be based London. Salaries up to £45,000 + package.
My client is a multi-billion pound turnover, multi-disciplined contractor that works on capital projects internationally. They are award winning and known for their low staff turnover and high emphasis on employee development and training.
These roles are to be site based on projects in and around the London area. The reporting office is based in South West London and is easily accessible by car, train and tube. These roles have arisen do to an increase in workload on projects that range in value up to £60 million. This organisation has a full workload secured until 2014 and is still tendering successfully to secure more work to grow the team.
These roles would entail juggling a number of sites at any one time with some involvement in tender preparation. They are focussed on the front end delivery of construction projects that include schools, high end residential fit out schemes, station redevelopments and commercial office blocks. The software currently in use is Primavera version 7.

Candidate specification:
- Minimum of 12 months experience working on UK based construction projects in a similar planning role (essential)
- A valid UK working Visa (essential)
- Experience with the use of Primavera software (desired but not essential)
- High levels of motivation, drive and focus (essential)
- Individuals must be articulate and well-spoken and be able to hold their own with project managers
- Will have a site based experience
