Reporting to the Planning Manager the Bid Scheduler will be responsible for the preparation of resource loaded bid schedules and methodology statements, contributing to bid risk mitigation and assisting the estimators in the review of project duration / costs.
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare robust bid schedules as directed by the Commercial Manager - Bids and Proposals
- Identify and highlight project risks and contribute to the bid risk and opportunity register
- Prepare detailed briefing and reference information for handover to operational team on contract award
- Provide continuity in project schedule, methodology and constraints to the operational team during the early stages of contract award
- To maintain a forecast Integrated Master Project Schedule, levelling resource clashes
- Maintain high standard of bid schedules to handover to execution
Experience
- Three to five years experience as a bid or junior planner
- Scheduling experience within low volume manufacturing environment
