Our client is one of the UK's leading construction main contractors who offer services to both private and public clients. Together we are actively looking for an experienced Asta Powerproject Planner to work on large £80mil build project in the Midlands
This is a contract role working on the pretender plans, if the bid is successful you will be retained on long term contract through to completion.
Responsibilities
- To monitor/develop and report on construction phase works
- To assist tender stage programming
- To obtain all relevant documentation for programme development
- To work closely with Estimator/Bid Manager/Design & Build Manager
- To assist in the training of production (contract) team management
- To analyse and develop construction methodology
- To keep updated on modern methods of construction to assist bid process
Experience Required
- Asta Powerproject experience
- Construction based planning experience
- Experience of both live jobs and pre-tender planning
- Degree qualified or equivalent
