Planning Manager – Central London
My client is a leading international main contractor and due to a recent project win they are seeking a Planning Manager to manage and lead a small team of planning engineers on a multi million pound heavy civil engineering project based in Central London. Working alongside the Project Director and the site team the Planning Manager will play an important role in the delivery of their project.
The project is a large rail infrastructure project and due to it’s nature candidates will need to have previous experience in a similar role and a strong knowledge of heavy civil engineering and tunnelling projects. The Planning Manager will be site based and be responsible for a team of four planning engineers.
To be considered for this opportunity candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· Minimum of 8 years planning experience within a main contractor environment.
· Large project experience preferably within a rail infrastructure environment.
· Leadership qualities.
· First class communication skills.
· Proficient in the use of Primavera P6.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £65,000 plus a main contractor benefits package including car or car allowance, pension, healthcare etc.
