A global engineering company currently require a Planning Engineer to work on a contract basis for a major water process engineering programme based in the North West.
Using Primavera P6, you will develop a major tender programme and it is expected that you will then convert the programme to a construction schedule to be monitored and maintained.
As the stand alone Planner, you will require a proven background in planning using the P6 tool including cost and resource loading. You will also need to be well versed in Earned Value methodology and report writing.
As this is a key role you must have a background from the water sector including projects that involve process engineering. Knowledge of working from the design through construction phases of projects will also be required.
This contract is due to start in April and initially expected to run for 5 months.
Rates are negotiable from £300-400 per day Ltd.
