Our client, a leading International Engineering & Power Generation Consultancy with offices in the UK and worldwide are working as Owners Engineer for a Saudi Electricity Company on the extension to an existing Power Station north of Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project will include the construction of four new conventional oil fired thermal generating units, each with a nominal rating of 600MWe, giving a total electrical output from the plant of approximately 2400MWe. This project represents the sixth phase of the Power plant which already consists of six oil fired conventional thermal units, 15 combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) units & 16 simple cycle gas turbine (SCGT) units.
Our client is currently seeking a SITE based PLANNING ENGINEER. Candidates will have a bachelor degree in Engineering and 15 yrs experience in Planning, Scheduling, Budget and Cost Control of large Projects with 10 yrs in Thermal Power Projects. Fully proficient in Primavera Planning & Scheduling software.
Our client is offering single status contract with negotiable, local tax free salary with 42 days holiday, apartment accommodation and flight allowance.
