Senior Planner – Fit-out Projects – London (ref TB107)

 

A well-known and respected building contractor is now looking for a Senior Planner to join their team in central London.  Working as part of the pre-construction team, your role will be to produce tender plans and schedules for office fit-out projects.   You’ll also occasionally get involved in post contract planning.   It’s an interesting role in a busy, thriving and friendly team.



To be considered, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:



- strong background in tender planning in the UK construction sector, ideally for fit-out projects;

- ability to use Asta Powerproject and/or Teamplan software;

- experience of working to deadlines and strong team working skills.



In return, you’ll be rewarded with a salary in the range of £60k - £70k + car allowance + benefits package.  There are also excellent career prospects for the ambitious – it’s an expanding company, with a clear vision for the future.
