They have the experience and the ability to deliver schemes to circa £50m-£100m and they operate across sectors that include commercial, leisure, hotels and residential markets.
The Role
As a planner your role will be split between working on pre-construction tenders and also supporting existing live projects. Typical projects will be major, high profile city centre commercial or leisure developments between £20m and £150m in value. You will have experience of working on projects from inception through to practical delivery and it is essential that you have worked for a major UK main contractor.
