The operator of the UK’s Rail infrastructure is seeking a Project Planner for Stage works planning on Rail Projects based in Croydon.
Reporting to the Principal Programme Planner, your task is to complete the detailed stage works and major blockade weekend primavera schedules, integrating multi contractors and disciplines including signalling/ civils/ track works into one deliverable programme. Involvement with schedule risk analysis and the T- planning processes will be necessary.
You will have rail experience and in particular on Stage Worksexperience, the ability to work on QSRAs and has previous built hour by hour plans and hold a detailed knowledge of Primavera P3e as well as an understanding of the wider project management framework.
A strong knowledge of earned value management and milestone and KPI reporting will also help you to keep control of the variety of projects, ensuring that they are delivered to the high standard expected.
In return for your skills and experience you will be rewarded with an attractive day rate of £340 a day and a contract initially until 04.02.11.
