Senior Planner – Wastewater MBR Treatment Plant

KEO’s Infrastructure division provides engineering consultancy services in the areas of highways, roads, bridges, water, wastewater, drainage, solid waste, environmental impact assessments and power and telecommunications.
Working within KEO’s Infrastructure Division as a Senior Planner you will be responsible for overseeing and providing planning advice with regard to critical schedule milestones on some of the most well recognized projects within the region.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who are able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Both pre-construction and post-construction planning on infrastructure projects, including significant experience with wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Reviewing and approving contractor’s work program submissions.
- Generating milestones in the construction stage and overseeing actual project progress versus the planned work milestones.
- Preparing, monitoring, adjusting and updating the cost plan and cash flows accordingly and the consolidation of these results in weekly reports.
- Reviewing in conjunction with the Project Manager any potential changes, and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience. Demonstrated experience with planning packages such as Primavera’s P3 and MS Project.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region is advantageous.
