Grasp this unique opportunity to work on a major infrastructure project that will change the face of London for years to come; a top-ranked Civil Engineering organisation require a Project Controls Manager experienced in Station Modernisation projects to join them in London.

Your key duties as Project Controls Manager will be to prepare budgets, forecasts and other financial reports along with managing the Integrated Project Schedule. You will also ensure the quality and timeliness of cost estimates, budgets, financial reports and schedule submittals. Other tasks include providing the Project Manager with information on schedule progress, installed quantities and the cost of actual quantities installed.

You will also monitor and mitigate the project risks, and provide information as required along with providing information as required for the Key Performance Indicators and ensuring that the Change Control Procedure is followed and that all scope changes are approved.

Your previous background will have seen you working for major contractors on station modernisation projects and you can demonstrate experience in directing cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis. You are also experienced in directing, planning and scheduling functions along with proven skills in establishing criteria for Project Controls activities.
